We're old school. Just a couple of small, casual, neighborhood pasta shops. Not fancy. No reservations. No build-your-own pasta.  Our staff are warm, friendly, and genuine. All of our sauces are made fresh, in house daily, by the same guy who's been doing it for the last 20 years. He uses all fresh, whole ingredients. 

We're best known for our "Farfalle Pollo" pasta. Rigatoni Bolognese is a close second-place. Our advice: bring a date and get both. If they don't like either of those dishes, you should keep looking...
